NEED A DATE? Reserve your date with a 50% non-refundable deposit at least 14 days prior to your event! Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to scheduled due date. 

 

SHORT ON TIME?We can't always accommodate short notice orders but when we can, there may be an additional charge. Any order placed within 10 days of the desired due date requires full payment at the time of booking.

NEED TO CANCEL? Cancel at least ten days before scheduled due date and receive a refund in the amount of the order minus the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellation made within five days of the scheduled due date will NOT receive a refund.

A one time credit may be offered and must be used within 12 months of the original scheduled due date or it will be forfeited.

A large order is any order greater than $75. Large order cancellations made at least fourteen days prior to the scheduled due date will receive a refund of 75% of the total (minus the non-refundable deposit). 

Large order cancellations made within fourteen days of the scheduled due date will NOT receive a refund.  A one time credit may be offered and must be used within 12 months of the original scheduled due date or it will be forfeited.

NEED IT SHIPPED? Just ask! We are currently only shipping custom sugar cookies. In the winter months, more items will be available for shipping. SUGA is not responsible for product damage or loss as a result of shipment being returned to the post office because of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or for recipient's inability to receive the package at specified location.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL As our products are perishable, all food sales are final. To ensure you are satisfied with your order, please inspect the order as soon as it is received. Should any product be damaged upon delivery or pickup, we will be happy to issue a credit once the damaged product has been returned. Return shipping postage is the customer's responsibility.
